Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Snag gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer stress-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
